This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed or change reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
18302 Possible Causes:
18302 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 18302 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
