Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu or tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
18301 Possible Causes:
18301 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 18301 Code
- Inspect all the connections air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
