Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system intake manifold runner control, upper stop not reached and control module 2 for cooling fan, short circuit will delay your vw fault. |
18301 Possible Causes:
18301 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18301 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
