The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbocharger speed sensor, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor a/c request b, circuit also throttle angle signal stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
18300 Possible Causes:
18300 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18300 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
