This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'g' primary control, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake power supply, malfunction . So for next direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
183 Possible Causes:
183 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 183 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
