This code were stamped on VW Engine case ecm/pcm power input, signal low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit low or o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich is the final reason of the code. |
18278 Possible Causes:
18278 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
