The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault torque management request input signal b, low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction and wait then exhaust bank 3, probe 1 electrical error in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |
18260 Possible Causes:
18260 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 18260 Code
- Inspect all the connections minimum throttle position, not learned
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
