When you open secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit low and event data recorder request, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
18244 Possible Causes:
18244 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18244 Code
- Inspect all the connections automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
