18241 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 you can see the relays for electrical fuel pump 2 (j49), short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault.
