This something to do with the intake camshaft timing temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too small it can suddenly lead to a significantly more please check dtc memory of transmission ecu also vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
18208 Possible Causes:
18208 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 18208 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
