Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit also signal for back-up lights, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
18205 Possible Causes:
18205 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18205 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
