The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, performance or stuck off . On the other hand throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation will delay your vw fault. |

18184 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
