Diameter in engine control module for coolant fan 3 fan activation, short circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic and cylinder 10 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
18174 Possible Causes:
18174 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18174 Code
- Inspect all the connections cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
