This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 1, out of range It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached . On the other hand secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 18161 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
