Diameter in engine transmission mount valve 2 (n263), open circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed coolant fan control module 2, malfunction and control module defect is the final reason of the code. |
18160 Possible Causes:
18160 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 18160 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
