When you open butterfly valve drive 2 (g296) of electrical errors in the electric circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+ and wait then pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
18143 Possible Causes:
18143 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 18143 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
