18141 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to b+ . So for next throttle actuator control motor current, range / performance is the final reason of the code.

18141 Possible Causes:

18141 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 18141 Code

  • Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 2 too low
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
