Staring in engine wheel speed signal 1, range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor please check dtc memory of transmission ecu or pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
18135 Possible Causes:
18135 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 18135 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
