18109 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so data bus powertrain, incorrect signal from adr control module mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition switch run position, circuit high or a/c request b, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
18109 Possible Causes:
18109 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18109 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of steering angle sensor
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
