When you open fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit low and wait then secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow will delay your vw fault. |
18066 Possible Causes:
18066 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 18066 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module 1 for cooling fan, faulty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
