The problem is about throttle actuator control module, internal circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reset-resistant limp-mode active or nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
18041 Possible Causes:
18041 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 18041 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
