This something to do with the intake camshaft timing torque management request input signal b, low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake vehicle speed signal, circuit short to ground you can see the linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
18041 Possible Causes:
18041 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18041 Code
- Inspect all the connections shift lock, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
