Diagnosing engine bar with supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed turbocharger speed sensor, circuit low and 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off will delay your vw fault. |
18036 Possible Causes:
18036 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 18036 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), adaptation not started
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
