18032 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed and bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation will delay your vw fault.

18032 Possible Causes:

18032 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 18032 Code

  • Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), short to b+
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
