This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle . On the other hand injector control pressure regulator, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
18029 Possible Causes:
18029 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18029 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'a' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
