18029 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle . On the other hand injector control pressure regulator, circuit low is the final reason of the code.

18029 Possible Causes:

18029 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
