Staring in engine nox sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation also please check dtc memory of airbag ecu is the final reason of the code. |
18021 Possible Causes:
18021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 18021 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
