The problem is about coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles butterfly valve drive 2 (g296) of electrical errors in the electric circuit . On the other hand throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', maximum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
18009 Possible Causes:
18009 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 18009 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
