18008 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing control module 2 for cooling fan, faulty It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle actuator control motor, circuit low or change throttle actuator control module, internal circuit is the final reason of the code. |
18008 Possible Causes:
18008 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 18008 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of airbag ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
