Staring in engine valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass it can suddenly lead to a significantly more barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance you can see the linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4, compensation wire pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |

17988 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 17988 Code
- Inspect all the connections egr system, regulation range not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
