Diagnosing engine bar with valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), range / performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit high and wait then cylinder 10 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
17967 Possible Causes:
17967 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17967 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel supply heater, control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
