Staring in engine exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor bank 1, system too rich at idle or evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

17955 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 17955 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
