Staring in engine intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake steering angle signal, error message from steering angle sensor or change hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), lower limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
17946 Possible Causes:
17946 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 17946 Code
- Inspect all the connections vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
