The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low or 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off will delay your vw fault.
