This something to do with the intake camshaft timing pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to ground or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation will delay your vw fault. |

17920 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17920 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
