17915 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine ecm/pcm power input, signal high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake flap motor 2 (v275), faulty or outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
17915 Possible Causes:
17915 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 17915 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
