Accumulated in electronic control units so pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), electrical malfunction to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off and load signal, error message from ecu is the final reason of the code. |
17898 Possible Causes:
17898 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
