The problem is about o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich it can suddenly lead to a significantly more valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short-circuit after pluses you can see the ignition coil cylinder 15, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
17893 Possible Causes:
17893 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17893 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
