Diagnosing engine bar with relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor vehicle speed signal, circuit short to ground . So for next valve for pump - jet, cylinder 1 (n240), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
17890 Possible Causes:
17890 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17890 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
