When you open hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), open circuit or change ignition coil 'e' primary control, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
17889 Possible Causes:
17889 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17889 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
