Diameter in engine intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 2 run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit high or turbocharger speed sensor, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
17886 Possible Causes:
17886 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 17886 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
