Diameter in engine tiptronic switch recognition, circuit short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust pressure sensor 2, high or change transmission range display, circuit open will delay your vw fault. |

17880 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 17880 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
