When you open idle speed intervention circuit error message from engine contr. It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle angle signal stuck on and wait then actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
17879 Possible Causes:
17879 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 17879 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 1 (n262), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
