The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ecm/pcm power input, signal low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on or exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |

17867 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 17867 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
