The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault torque management feedback signal "b", high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high or fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
17851 Possible Causes:
17851 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 17851 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
