Accumulated in electronic control units so bank 2 sensor 1, internal resistance implausible It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit also valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
17849 Possible Causes:
17849 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17849 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch down (f189), open circuit / signal to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
