When you open injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more data bus powertrain, implausible message of the control module central electrics and throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
17846 Possible Causes:
17846 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17846 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
