When you open oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake hc adsorption catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 2 and particulate trap bank 1, efficiency below threshold will delay your vw fault. |

17837 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 17837 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), circuit low input
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
