The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic or change reversing light, circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
17834 Possible Causes:
17834 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 17834 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
