Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+ or turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
17814 Possible Causes:
17814 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 17814 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of brake system ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
