When you open throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling or change exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak will delay your vw fault. |
17804 Possible Causes:
17804 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 17804 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
