17804 Description And Summary :

When you open throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling or change exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak will delay your vw fault.

17804 Possible Causes:

17804 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 17804 Code

  • Inspect all the connections control module defective
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
