The problem is about data bus powertrain, missing message from airbag controller it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant temperature sensor, circuit low also throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
17781 Possible Causes:
17781 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 17781 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
