Diameter in engine transmission coolant circuit relay, intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'b' primary control, circuit low or injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
17779 Possible Causes:
17779 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

What To Check After Fixing 17779 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
